TPFCU To Convert to New Banking System This Fall
It’s a Big Project, But Will Result in Big Savings and Efficiencies
This Fall, we will be changing our core banking system that is responsible for operating all account transactions. Our current system is over 20 years old and the change will make TPFCU much more efficient and expedient.
What does this change mean to you?
- It means that we will be closed on at least Friday, November 1st to facilitate the change to the new system and possibly closed on Saturday, November 2nd if needed. We will still have employees working during these times and will be taking phone calls for any issues.
- CU@round, our online branch and our Owner mobile banking app will not be operational during the conversion starting November 1st. Our new ones should be online and operational beginning Monday, November 4th.
- We will be operating in “stand-in” mode for debit card transactions during the transition on November 1st and 2nd, so if you rely on automatic transfer from savings account to checking account to cover transactions, that functionality will not work in offline mode. You will need to have money already in your checking account to cover any transactions.
- We will work to post any incoming credits to your account in the form of ACH deposits before we go into stand-in mode.
Other than that, we are working to make this transition as seamless as possible.
We will update this page to keep you informed as we go along. We will also have email and/or mailed updates and signage throughout the branches to keep you informed as we go through the conversion.
