To make a payment online:
- Log in to online banking
- Navigate to Transfers or Payments
- Select the account and loan
- Choose your payment amount and schedule

In a few steps, you can easily link an outside bank account and move funds directly to pay your loan. This allows you to make one-time online loan payments without needing to transfer money manually between institutions.
TPFCU offers a seamless Electronic Check Method (ECM) for payments, allowing you to transfer funds directly from an external bank account. This method ensures a secure, timely, and convenient way to manage your loan payments without needing to visit a branch.
Pay Your TPFCU Mastercard
You can easily pay your Mastercard bill in a few different ways:
- Use our online banking platform. Log in to your Home banking and select Transfer. Select the account you wish to pay the Mastercard payment from, and then on the Transfer To section, select the Mastercard.
Enter the amount you wish to pay and whether you want an immediate transfer or a scheduled date, click Transfer and the payment will be processed by the next business day to the Mastercard selected. - Use Mastercard’s eZCard site. Log in or register for an eZCard account. From there, you’ll be able to make one-time payments, set up recurring payment plans, review card statements, and more.
- Pay in person at a TPFCU branch. Visit any of our credit union locations in Amarillo, TX, and an employee will help you make a payment.
- Pay by phone with a representative. Call your local TPFCU branch and a team member will assist you with submitting your Mastercard payment. You can choose the payment amount and schedule while receiving confirmation during the call.
