We are committed to remaining open and accessible to our members during this time. We know you count on us for your financial needs and we will be here for you.
After careful consideration and to ensure the health and well-being of our members, employees, and the communities we serve, we have made the decision to close our branch lobbies and leave our drive-thru services open beginning Wednesday, March 25th. Experts believe that if we all temporarily limit close personal contact with those outside our households, everyone will benefit as this precautionary step will slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our drive-thru lanes are open to get cash and other financial needs such as gift cards and cashier’s checks.
Although this was not an easy decision, we felt it was the right decision to safeguard the health and well-being of our members and employees while still enabling us to continue to fulfill our mission of serving members.
If you absolutely need to speak to an employee in person or visit a safety deposit box, you will be able to make an appointment during normal business hours. Please be aware that for the safety of our employees we may screen you before entrance to ascertain your health, your travels and we may also monitor your temperature. To make an appointment, call member services at 806-359-8571 or email them at firstname.lastname@example.org .
